National Product Week
The National Product Week is an initiative that will be held under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. It aims to support national products and Qatari manufacturers and to celebrate their outstanding success journey in local markets. The initiative aims to support a diverse range of national products and introduce buyers and various stakeholders to the great achievements of our local enterprises across sectors while providing them with the opportunity to experience the best of what the Qatari market has to offer. In tandem, this initiative is set to grant entrepreneurs access to new contract opportunities. The initiative builds on the efforts of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, with the support of Qatar Development Bank, to endorse and promote national products, and to elevate the traction-gaining “National Product” branding label at all levels within the State.

Celebrating national products and introducing them to shoppers through promotional campaigns associated with the forum.

Localizing supply chains by introducing Qatari enterprises and highlighting their capabilities.

Contributing to the realization of the Qatar National Vision 2030 by promoting economic diversification.

Raising awareness of the importance of self-sufficiency and the community’s responsibility towards its achievement.

Creating new opportunities for SMEs in the local market.

Boosting the confidence of local enterprises in their offerings and opening up new horizons of excellence for them.
